Social Work Supervision Guidelines

Social Work Supervision Guidelines

The Social Work Accreditation and Advisory Board (SWAAB) launched the Social Work Supervision Guidelines on 7 July 2017 at the “Social Work Supervision in Singapore: Innovative Ways to Chart the Bare Essentials” seminar.

The Supervision Guidelines states the definition, functions, scope, values and different models of supervision. It sets out the standards of social work supervision in Singapore and reinforces the idea that supervision is an essential professional and ethical responsibility of all social workers.
