We invite suitably qualified candidates to join us as a :

SENIOR / MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER (FULL-TIME / LOCUM)

You will provide direct social work case management, counseling to patients and their families, conduct social & financial assessment and make recommendations.  You will facilitate family conference, assist in discharge planning and run therapeutic patient programmes.  You are also required to liaise with relevant agencies to collaborate and network with them to provide holistic patient care.

Requirements:

For those who are have at least 5 years of relevant work experience will be considered for the Senior Medical Social Worker position.
