Senior Social Worker (2 positions)

• Degree holder in social work or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years working experience in the social service sector, with experience in casework & counselling, and either youthwork or eldercare preferred
• Fluent in English and a 2^nd language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Tamil)
• Meticulous and resourceful individual who is able to manage multiple demands effectively
• Demonstrates leadership ability to spearhead programmes and services through strategic planning, implementation and outcome evaluation
• Interest in casework, counselling and groupwork
• Mature individual who is responsible for professional development of social workers

Social Worker 

• Degree holder in social work or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the social service sector, with experience in youthwork, and casework and counselling preferred
• Fluent in English and a 2^nd language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Tamil)
• Demonstrates project management ability to network with partner organisations regarding clients’ welfare and volunteer management
• Interest to participate in therapeutic work with youths and their families

Social Work Assistant / Youth Worker

• Diploma with prior work or volunteering experience in social service sector
• Assist in planning, execution and evaluation of programmes
• Fluent in English and a 2^nd language (e.g. Mandarin, Malay, Tamil)
• Assist in coordination of volunteer management and development initiatives
• Interest in outreach work with youths and their families

Case Manager (Early Psychosis Intervention Programme) 

The Challenges  

To be responsible for the provision of case management services for individuals suffering from early psychosis or high risk of developing psychosis. The successful candidate will be involved in the following areas:      

Clinical

• Provide and coordinate continuity of inpatient and outpatient care from initial consultation through to recovery
• Conduct assessment of patients for medical, psychological, social, environmental, vocational and financial needs
• Formulate and develop psychosocial intervention plan with patient and / or caregiver
• Implement intervention plan and monitor patient’s progress
• Review and evaluate effectiveness of intervention plan at appropriate juncture with patient and treating team.
• Provide supportive therapy and psychoeducation to patient and caregiver
• Work in close collaboration with multi disciplinary team

Education 

• Assist in conducting education talks / training workshops
• Assist in awareness raising events

Research 

• Conduct research ratings with patients and/or caregivers.
